Your initial clean will take 4-6 worked hours. Worked hours are the total time on site multiplied by the number of staff present. For example; if 3 staff are present for 2 hours, the clean is billable at 6 hours.
Should you request to have your oven cleaned it will be at an additional cost .
Prior approval will be asked should an extra service be needed. Should you need or request additional services we need to be notified in a timely manner to be able to make extra time to allow for the service requested to be done (executed).
To be able to spend the most efficient time in cleaning your home/ premises, it is requested that there be a minimal amount of items left lying around, all sinks and benchtops are left tidy, reason being Items left lying about, impedes on access to areas requiring cleaning.
Initial Clean includes:
- Internal windows including tracks
- Total clean of wet areas: bathroom/toilet and laundry from floor to ceiling (this is a wet process and takes time to complete, dry/polish)
- Kitchen: external cupboards, range-hood vent degreased
- Spot clean of wall marks and total wash down
- Wash all internal doors
- Air conditioner vents/filters/Fans
- Light fittings
- Wardrobe doors and tracks
- Floors vacuum and mop
- Stair hand rails cleaned
Regardless of regular cleaning, these additional services take additional time and are fundamental in maintaining your home. WE RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE BE ATTENDED TO EVERY 6 MONTHS.
A Standard Clean includes;
- Clean and wipe out of bathrooms/toilets and laundry (walls, vents, windows/tracks and internal cupboards not included)
- Kitchen external cupboards, benches, splash back, sink, external part of range hood & external Fridge.
- General dust of home
- Polish of mirrors
- Spot clean of walls (only if walls were attended on initial clean)
- Vacuum and mop all floors.
Payment is due ON THE DAY OF SERVICE. Failure to do so will require prepaid services cleared in account prior to commencement of future services.
A Mop head will be supplied at a cost of $25 on your second clean and needs to be laundered prior to the next Clean thereafter.
